Advertise With Us

IMPORTANT: DCHSA was founded by evangelical Christians and operates according to Christian standards. We reserve the right to reject any advertising or other content that, in the opinion of the Board of Directors, is contrary to our founding principles.

Advertising with Denton County Home School Association has recently changed. We no longer email monthly PDF newsletters to our membership. Instead, our members receive an HTML email newsletter 1 to 5 times a month (the frequency depends on the number of newsletter items for that month). Newsletter emails are sent out on Monday mornings. Advertising is included in the sidebar (small ads) and at the bottom (medium and large ads) of each HTML newsletter. Ads are also hyperlinked directly to the advertiser’s website or email address.

How to advertise

1. Determine which size ad you would like. You have three choices (download a pdf of ad sizes here):

• Small (200 x 350 pixels | 2.78 x 4.86 inches)
  • DCHSA Member: $11
  • Non-Member: $15
• Medium (350 x 400 pixels | 4.86 x 5.56 inches)
  • DCHSA Member: $20
  • Non-Member: $27
• Large (350 x 720 pixels | 4.86 x 10 inches)
  • DCHSA Member: $32
  • Non-Member: $43

2. Submit your ad in JPG format to ads@DCHSA.org no later than the 20th of the month prior to the month you want to advertise. In your email you need to specify in which month(s) you would like to advertise. Upon receipt and approval of your ad, we will send you a PayPal invoice. You can pay that invoice with either your PayPal account or with a credit card.

3. We will email you one copy of the HTML newsletter in which you placed your ad. You will receive your copy on the first Monday of the month.
